The customer has the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unopened packaging, and unused.
If a manufacturing defect is discovered in the product, the customer has the right to return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.
To complete the return or exchange process, the original purchase invoice must be submitted, along with all accessories and gifts that were delivered with the product.
Personal care products and devices whose original packaging has been opened are excluded from the 14-day return policy and are only eligible for return in cases of manufacturing defects.
Refunds for electronic payments (via Visa or credit card) will be issued to the same card used for the purchase. This may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the card issuer’s policy.
For cash on delivery payments, the refund will be issued to the customer via bank transfer or e-wallet after our representative receives and inspects the product to verify its condition. The customer bears the shipping cost in case of return or exchange within 14 days without a defect in the product, while OTG store bears the full shipping cost in case of a manufacturing defect.
