Each customer is entitled to purchase only one product from the offer in the case of exclusive promotions.

Exclusive offers available online through the OTG website are not valid in branches.

Customers cannot benefit from more than one exclusive offer at the same time.

Orders placed through the website require order confirmation from OTG customer service to ensure product availability and the required specifications.

Upon receiving your order, a copy of your ID card must be provided to the delivery person to verify the recipient’s identity.

Customers are entitled to benefit from only one offer if there are promotions that include free gifts.

Air conditioners will be delivered and installed within 10 business days from the order date.

The maximum allowed delay for air conditioner installation is 45 days.

Air conditioner deliveries are limited to Cairo and Giza areas only and do not include Giza suburbs.

Shipping Policy for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria

Shipping cost is 49 EGP per order.

Available payment options are cash on delivery or electronic payment via Visa and credit cards. Our working and delivery hours are from 10 AM to 5 PM, 6 days a week.

Delivery time is 1 to 7 business days.
